DigiMarket provides digital services including building and managing online stores, managing marketplace accounts such as Amazon and Noon, advertising campaigns and design. The details and timeline of each service are set out on its page or in the agreed quotation.

• Prices are displayed in approximate SAR, while orders are charged and paid in USD.
• Payment is currently made by bank transfer, and work begins once payment is confirmed.
• Prices exclude third-party costs such as platform and app subscriptions and advertising budgets unless stated otherwise.

• Providing the required information, content and access in a timely manner.
• Ensuring that the content and products you provide comply with the law and third-party rights.
• Responding to questions and approving milestones within a reasonable time.

Timelines start once payment is confirmed and all requirements are received. Each offer includes a set number of revisions; additional changes or out-of-scope requests may incur extra charges.

Ownership of final designs and deliverables transfers to the client once payment is made in full. DigiMarket may showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

We commit to our best professional effort to reach your goals, but sales and ad results depend on factors beyond our control, so we cannot guarantee specific numbers. Services are also subject to the policies of third-party platforms such as Salla, Shopify, Amazon and Noon, and any changes they make.

The discount coupons we list are free and provided by theme and app developers. DigiMarket is not affiliated with Salla and is not responsible if a provider changes, expires or withdraws a coupon.

We keep all information shared by our clients confidential. In all cases, DigiMarket's liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

We may update these terms at any time; changes take effect once published on this page. Existing orders remain subject to the terms in force when they were confirmed.
