You can request a refund or return within 14 days from the date of purchase.


2. Eligibility Conditions

  • The digital product or service must be unused or not fully activated (such as codes or licenses).

  • Refunds cannot be issued once the agreed-upon service has been fully delivered or the project has been completed.

  • For ongoing services (such as store management or advertising campaigns), fees will be calculated based on the period of work completed before cancellation.


3. Refund Process

  • Refund requests are processed within 7–10 business days.

  • The refund amount will be returned to the original payment method used by the customer.
